We Will Help You Pre-Qualify

We can help you calculate how much of a mortgage loan you can afford, and the amount of money you may be able to borrow, by guiding you through pre-qualification. During the process, we explore your borrowing power — looking at your earning status, available money for down payment, debts, income, and other financial circumstances.

Once you qualify, you will be provided with a Pre-Qualification Letter that documents your expected qualifications for a certain amount of mortgage loan dollars and, based on your down payment amount, the maximum price of the house you would qualify for.

In addition we can submit your loan info and documentation to one of our excellent Lenders and then if/when they approve the potential loan, they will provide you with a pre-approval letter. The Lender Pre-approval letter makes your offers even stronger and helps ensures that your loan will close quickly and smoothly.

Then, when you are ready to start house hunting we will work closely with your real estate agent, and provide a mortgage pre-qualification / Pre-Approval letter (which is essential for a strong offer). Once you have an offer that is accepted we will work with you, the Lender, the Real Estate agents, and the Title and Escrow agents to make sure the mortgage loan goes through quickly and smoothly.
